FSBO Costa Rica's policies and procedures for handling client information
have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies
are continually evolving and that Internet business practices are continuing
to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the improved technologies.
As a result, FSBO Costa Rica's policies and procedures are subject to

In the process of serving its clients, FSBO Costa Rica acquires and
stores client communications and information that clients may regard
as private or sensitive. Some of this information - such as the client's
name, address, telephone number - is provided to FSBO Costa Rica by
its clients in order to establish service. Other information - such
as the client's profile status, real estate interests - is created and
maintained by FSBO Costa Rica in the normal course of providing service.
FSBO Costa Rica doesn't use electronic cookies, which are small pieces
of information that a web site can store in a designated file on a user's
computer. Instead, an internal tracking database within FSBO Costa Rica's
office uses only the information that is provided directly by the client

How is client information used?
FSBO Costa Rica may share client information with selected partners,
for example, to provide clients with real estate information which might
be of interest to the client or to enable the client to take advantage
of partner alliances.
Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of real estate information
from FSBO Costa Rica and FSBO Costa Rica partners by sending a request
to info@fsbo-costa-rica.com. Clients may access and modify their personal
information by contacting FSBO Costa Rica.
