In 1992, we came to visit Costa Rica and found an opportunity to invest in a country where quality of life and profitability were bound together.

We discovered Playa Flamingo as the most beautiful white sandy beach in Costa Rica. After looking around, we found the right location for our project. A professional study of the real estate market confirmed that our idea of building condos was destined to be successful.

The concept of Marina Real Condominiums was conceived under the professional advise of Mr. Ronald Zurcher, a well-known architect who has designed world class resort projects such as the Costa Rica Marriot Hotel & Resort. Mr. Zurcher's said: "In Costa Rican architecture, simplicity and soberness rule over the baroque inclination that prevails in some other Latin American countries. In addition, ours is the result of the fusion of different European styles."

Today, Flamingo Beach boasts an outstanding condominium that contributes to the growth and development of the community. A pleasing recognition to our effort was the decision taken by The Bank of Costa Rica (Banco de Costa Rica) to open a branch in our commercial site.
